Engagement Methodology

Online Medix uses a structured methodology for building its marketing and sales engagements with health-care providers. This methodology ensures a high level of service for both health-care providers and needing patients. Following are the steps for building a long-term and lasting fruitful engagement:

  1. Initial introduction by means of a meeting, a phone conference, or an email.
  2. Selection of differentiated treatments offered by the health-care provider (HCP).
  3. Specification of the initial patient profile, which fits the differentiated treatments.
  4. Definition of a pilot engagement means and scope.
  5. Development of web assets (websites, inquiry forms, and others) to reach intrested patients through various online channels.
  6. Implementation of dedicated automatic inquiry processors in the patient care system.
  7. Educate and train HCP coordinators to use custom patient care support tools.
  8. Receive and evaluate initial patient inquiries.
  9. Tune patient qualification profile, and continue evaluating patient inquiries.
  10. Review pilot results and define an on-going engagement.
