Health-care providers are offered supporting systems and tools to manage their work-flow and keep up-to-date information regarding each inquiry.

Following are the principal steps of the inquiry management process:

  2. Patient inquiries are automatically entered to the patient care system.
  3. Health-care provider's (HCP) coordinators are notified about new patient inquiries.
  4. Patient initial suitability to the treatment in evaluated based on the patient profile and qualification factors.
  5. Patient receives an update email or phone call shortly following the inquiry.
  6. Suitable patients are further communicated by HCP to provide more information to the medical team.
  7. HCP's medical team decides about patient acceptance for treatment.
  8. HCP's coordinators coordinate with the patient the treatment terms.
  9. Patient arrives to the HCP's treatment facility.
  10. Final medical evaluation and treatment decision is done by the HCP medical team.
  11. Patient is treated according to the treatment terms and the updated medical evaluation.
